THE HOBBIT HOLLOW House rooms
We offer six distinct and uniquely comfortable rooms for your entire party's convenience. Normally these rooms can accomodate a maximum of 12 adults (couples – two per room) but please contact us directly to inquire about special accomodations for families or other unique parties. We will do all we can to ensure your pleasant and comfortable stay.
The riesling Room
The Riesling Room is an intimate room with a large bay window and spectacular view of the north meadow and perennial garden. The room contains a full size bed with a custom mattress and has a private bathroom located just across the hall.
THE cabernet ROOM
The Cabernet Room is a spacious, sunny room with a French country ambiance. The room contains a King size farmhouse estate bed with a custom mattress, and a large European soaking tub and walk-in shower in the private bath.
The nine notch Room
The Nine Notch Room is a richly decorated room facing Skaneateles Lake with a farmhouse estate King size bed with a custom mattress, gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the private bath.
The Pinot Room
The Pinot Room is a cozy room facing the front lawn, barn and stables. It contains an eighteenth century farmhouse sleigh Queen bed with a custom mattress, and full private bath with a shower/tub combination.
The silver fox Suite
The Silver Fox Suite is an elegantly decorated suite facing Skaneateles Lake and the farm stables. The suite contains a four-poster king size bed with a custom mattress, gas fireplace, two-person whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and a private enclosed verandah.
The chardonnay Room
The Chardonnay Room is a bright and airy room with views of the equestrian barn, paddocks, and meadows. This room features an ornate mahogany four poster Queen bed with custom mattress and a full private bath with a shower/tub combination.
