Hobbit Hollow Farm is easily accessible from the NYS Thruway and Route 81 as well as Syracuse’s Hancock International Airport.  Situated on the northwest side of Skaneateles Lake, Hobbit Hollow Farm is two miles from the center of the historic village of Skaneateles.

Directions:
From Downtown Syracuse: Take 690 West to 695 to Route 5 West towards Auburn. Turn left onto Route 321 at the traffic light. Follow 321 into the village of Skaneateles. Turn right onto Genesee Street, take second left after the Sherwood Inn onto Route 41A (West Lake Road). Drive approximately 2 miles. Hobbit Hollow Farm's stone entrance will be on your right (#3061).
From the South: Take 81 North past Cortland to the Homer exit. Turn right off exit onto Route 281 North. Drive approximately 1.2 miles, and at traffic light turn left onto Route 41 North. Drive 2.5 miles and take a left onto 41A. Drive 24 miles (through the villages of New Hope and Mandana) to Hobbit Hollow Farm’s entrance, which will be on your left (#3061).
From I90 West: Take exit 40 from I90 to Auburn on Route 34 south. Go east or turn left onto Genesee Street (route 20) to 41A just before you get to Skaneateles. Drive approximately 2 miles. The stone entrance to Hobbit Hollow Farm will be on your right (#3061).
